Four suspected militants liquidated in Dagestan

In a special operation held in the Sergokalin District of Dagestan four members of illegal armed formations were killed, as reported by the local ROVD.

"At about 4:00 a.m. Moscow time on Saturday, October 31, near Katyrkent village, a passenger car with armed persons inside was detected in a large forest. In response to militiamen's offer to present documents, a dense fire was opened from the car. In the course of a skirmish all the four bandits in the were killed," said a source from the ROVD.

According to his version, two Kalashnikovs, an automatic rifle, a grenade and plenty of ammunition were then found in the car, as the "Interfax" writes. Now, the casualties are identified, the "Gazeta.Ru" adds.
