| Doctor Leonid Roshal, Director of the Moscow Scientific-Research Institute of Emergency Children's Surgery and Traumatology, said that his hospital is ready to take Makhmud Ahmedov, 14, beaten by militiamen in Dagestan, for further treatment. Power agents forced resident of Chechnya to confess of links with liquidated militant, rights defenders say
